Many are opting for reusable alternatives instead of single-use packaging, and we’ve made this as easy as possible for you with our home & office pick-up service. Just like how recycling works here, but with reusables! 

 

On top of your Muuse reusables, we also accept reusable items from partners like Packt Products, Unboxed Market, and many more. All you have to do is… choose to reuse!

How to get your reusables picked up

  1. Live in Toronto? Fill out the Pick-Up request form below!
    Only $10 a Pick-Up or $90 for an entire year of monthly Pick-Ups.
     

  2. In 24 hours, we’ll send you a confirmation email with a Pick-Up time and date (every Friday).
     

  3. On the day of Pick-Up, place your cleaned items in any bag/box on your front porch, or request a “4th Bin” in the order form below!
     

  4. We’ll collect your reusables on a bicycle or hybrid vehicle. 
     

  5. Within 48 hours of Pick-Up, your return will be verified and you will receive the full credit of deposit for applicable reusables via e-transfer.
